Reflecting on another Labor Day holiday upon us, we have to think about how the workforce environment has changed since the COVID-19 Pandemic. Some call the change the “Great Resignation.” Labor has always been an economic issue, but more importantly, it’s a social justice issue. What does justice look like in this new world of Labor? Can we truly believe that the universe is bending that arc?
