Speaker: Marc Drews

Marc Drews cherishes his role as a husband, a father, and a grandpa, as well as a member of the UUCC, where he and his wife, Patty, have been members since October, 2012. He has served on the UUCC Board of Trustees (2013-2017 and 2022-2025), and has chaired the Personnel Committee (2017-20) and Worship Committee (2017-2020). He retired from the SC Department of Education and recently began his fifteenth summer working at EdVenture where he serves as the Director of Experiences and Education.

This service will be about connections, including how Harry Chapin, Carl Sandburg, Katherine Johnson, and Leonardo Pisano are connected, and our unending need to see more beauty and wonder in our world.…
