Love is the worst thing, but it is also the best thing.” This was the wisdom given to Rev. Hillary Taylor by a friend as she worried about the possibility of falling in love. In today’s sermon, Hillary will be reflecting on the sacred act of loving others in conversation with Jesus’ words in Matthew 5:38-48, as well as her work with her pen-pal on South Carolina’s death row.
