Embracing Our Finitude

Existentialist philosophy teaches us to become aware of our finite nature and not avoid the anxiety it brings. Embracing our finitude helps us see the big picture and put life into perspective in a way that affects our values and choices. Embracing our finitude will also deepen the levels of attachment and love while teaching us the art of simplifying and letting go.
