Friday, May 17th marks the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia, and Biphobia. Much of our recent legislation uses an ancient mindset or guidelines to regulate healthcare issues facing women and the transgender community. We will look at the problems with closing our minds to innovation and understanding and how that can sabotage the work toward progress. Ultimately, we know and believe that healthcare is a justice issue, and we commit ourselves to advocating for justice.
