Feeling bewildered or confused? You’re not alone.

Please join us after the service and potluck on August 30 for Session 3 in “Responding to the Anti-Trans Movement”: How to Ensure Your Congregation Is Truly Trans Welcoming. This session covers both basic and deeper actions that are needed in order for UU congregations to uphold their commitment to be Welcoming Congregations and offer spaces of safety and belonging to trans people and our families in this moment, and what you can do to help. The film is 35 minutes, and we’ll have some time for reflection and discussion afterwards.

As a reminder- Sessions 1 and 2 of “Responding to the Anti-Trans Movement” were shared on April 12. It was agreed to share Session 3 in tandem with a related sermon by Reverend Robinson. The film will be shown in the Sanctuary at approximately 1 pm, following the fifth Sunday potluck.

If you missed Sessions 1 and 2 (titled “Trans 101” (25 minutes) and What You Need to Know About the Anti-Trans Movement” (34 min), and if you would like to watch them prior to the service on August 30, please contact Deb Matherly, .
