	Estate Sale Fundraiser Date: 07/17/2026 Time: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm SALE on Friday, July 17 (9-3) and on Saturday, July 18 (10-2) Estate sales are always fun to go to for great values on things most households use or desire, as well as very unique items. Typically, the best items sell out fast on the first day, but we cut prices on everything the second day (except designer clothes in this sale). Cash or credit cards/no checks, please. This is going to be a hybrid sale, meaning we will have some of the owner’s furniture, some designer clothes, regular clothes, household items, and outdoor items. Also, look for “Mary’s Place”, a complete apartment of furniture, donated by the family of a beloved member who recently passed away unexpectedly. Parking on Wheat or King Street. Look for the estate sale signs or the Yip Real Estate signs. Yes, the house is for sale! The line forms at the front door on Wheat Street. Unfortunately we cannot help move large items, so bring a friend. Loading at the driveway on King Street.
