Speaker: Mckenzie Scott
Mckenzie Scott (she/they) is a graduate of USC, teacher in somatic practices (like yoga and embodied mindfulness) and a leader within the Columbia Resilience community. She can be found on Sundays usually hanging out with the youth as the REassist at the UUCC. Mckenzie has taken two training intensives from IIRP (International Institute for Restorative Practices) on facilitating Restore Circles in the restorative justice format. Plans are being made to gain more experience with facilitating circles through indigenous knowledge and social work.
